Julius Caesar: Background Knowledge Is Needed To Understand Play :: essays research papers
Julius Caesar: Background Knowledge Is Needed To Understand Play à à à à à Having a decent foundation and information on the historical backdrop of Rome is very supportive to comprehend Shakespeare's play, Julius Caesar. The setting of this play occurred many years back, so on the off chance that one knows a tad of Roman history, it would help especially in understanding what is happening in the play. à à à à à It is critical to think about the association, or relationship that there used to be among Caesar and Pompey. When Crassus kicked the bucket, Pompey and Caesar were left as twin leaders of Rome. As one could envision, each needed to be the main ruler, so a battle broke out between them. Caesar vanquished Pompey and his military in a significant fight, and went on later to crush Pompey's two children. It is after that fifth and last triumph, at the time they are celebrating, when the play opens. To comprehend the play shockingly better, one ought to know about Brutus' (one of the plotters against Caesar) progenitors, the Tarquins. About five hundred years before Caesar was even conceived, a barbarous, corrupt driving family had seized the riens of intensity and had set themselves up as lords. From that point on, the individuals of Rome loathed lords, and they limited themselves together by a grave promise never to endure a ruler, and it was officially authorized into law that if any man wish that the government ought to be reestablished, he was to be proclaimed an open foe and be executed. à à à à à Brutus and the remainder of the backstabbers had slaughtered Caesar, however they made a mistake, which was letting Mark Antony, one of Caesar's companions live. Antony later joined with Bepidus and Octavius, to conflict with Brutus, Cassius, and the different backstabbers. At the skirmish of Philippi, in Thrace, Brutus and Cassius ended their own lives when their military was devastated. Similarly as Caesar and Pompey had battled for the world when Cassus passed on, so now when Bepidus kicked the bucket, Antony what's more, Octavius were left going up against one another. Octavius held Rome and Europe; Antony held the East. Antony aligned with Cleopatra and were intending to administer the world from Alexandria, Cleopatra's capital. Their naval forces met Octavius' off the shore of Actium, in Greece. Octavius vanquished definitively, and both Antony and

the hatchet Essay -- essays research papers
This book is about a kid named Brian Roberson who stalls out in the wild when his plane accident lands on the grounds that the pilot has a coronary failure. Everything began when Brian's folks had a separation. He was sent away on a plane by his mom since it was mid year when his father had authority. The splitting blessing his mom gave him was an ax. He wore the ax on a belt. At the point when he left on the private little Cessna 406 plane in the copilot's seat he never could envision how this little outing would completely change him. In the plane he pondered his folks and the mystery he kept. The mystery was that he realized that his mother was engaging in extramarital relations with another man when she was as yet hitched to his dad. Brian was thinking this until the pilot interfered with his musings and inquired as to whether he has ever been in a copilot's seat previously. He replied by saying that he has never been on a plane. The pilot told Brian the best way to fly the plane by letting him fly for a ! while. A brief time after Brian completed he was reconsidering his folks when he saw that the pilot was scouring his shoulder and jaw. A couple of moments later the pilot said to Brian that he was in a ton of torment and he began utilizing the radio to flag for help. He didn't make it sufficiently long to talk and had a gigantic respiratory failure. At the point when he had the cardiovascular failure he hit the correct rudder making the plane dip right. Brian couldn't accept what occurred. He had a plan to utilize the radio. Be that as it may, not long before the radio transmissi...

Why Are There So Many People Leaving For Canada?
Why Are There So Many People Leaving For Canada? That was one of the points I was trying to make in my essay, 'Diatribes Against the Collapse of American Civilization,' which has been accepted for publication. I had been hoping to help explain the reality behind the theme of this essay. Unfortunately, it is not easy for me to follow my own advice. In this article, I will try to explain the topic and point that I have made.I was intending to write a topic essay about four different subjects, which are related to the collapse of American civilization. The topic would have been 'Why are there so many people leaving for Canada? What happened to our economy?' It would have dealt with the continuing unemployment of college graduates, medical costs rising, soaring gas prices, and other problems that affect the quality of life of everyone in America. However, I can't seem to resist the issue of immigration, whether from Mexico or elsewhere. This is a very important topic that should have been addressed by those who wrote the main part of my essay, but it is my contention that these people simply didn't want to talk about it. They were too caught up in the politics of their country to bother looking at any other alternatives. Fortunately, the author, David Wilcock, saw through all the nonsense. He is an international lawyer, who lives in Australia, but who is a member of the Mystery Babylon, which holds its meetings from time to time in North America. He points out that even though the United States of America has become a dumping ground for the refuse of all other countries, it is no longer a nation, and that Americans are being taught that this is their fate. When you look at the area of immigration, you will see that the immigration issues aren't new, and they have been discussed in the newspaper and even in the schools. I would say that at least twenty-five percent of all adult American citizens think that immigration has become a serious problem, and that an increase in the birth rate might be needed. This percentage of the population would be a little higher if you include those immigrants who hold citizenship in other countries. Of course, if those countries are having problems with their own citizens, they are going to turn to us.If there is another way out of our current situation, then it doesn't seem to matter to them that we don't even think that immigration is the answer. These people don't even care that we are becoming a third world country, they just want what is best for themselves and their families. Although it may not be their problem to solve, it certainly isn't theirs to solve. However, if you are an American, then you know that you were not born here, and that you were not destined to live in America. Immigration has made us who we are, and all that it has done is changed the way we look at ourselves. The great danger in that is that if we ever get the wrong answers, and we begin to think that being American is something to be a shamed of, we will soon have the same problems as other countries.Instead of focusing on the problems of immigration, which I believe have been exaggerated, we should be focusing on how to keep them out. It is really difficult to imagine how any group of people could have lived peacefully for so long and have gone out of control when they had an opportunity to do so. I would have to disagree with those who think that America has lived by virtue of their number. With immigration, we have allowed ourselves to be exposed to invasion from the very first wave of immigration. We have also allowed the higher levels of immigration to continue and have gotten a taste of the extreme challenges that are currently confronting us.

The Decision Of Vermont s Macroeconomic Health Essay
VermontRivardCameron Macroeconomics is the study of how the economy fluctuates due to various different situations like output, employment, and inflation. In this writing assignment, I will be analytically deciphering the great state of Vermont. This paper will ultimately state the condition of Vermontââ¬â¢s macroeconomic well-being, whether itââ¬â¢s healthy, unhealthy or a mixture of the two. The decision of Vermontââ¬â¢s macroeconomic health will be made by comparing the data of Colorado and Vermont. I will be looking at the following categories: State output, Employment, and Total cost of living. Itââ¬â¢s important to look at all of these aspects before coming to a conclusion. All the data must be looked at concisely and all the factors must be considered. For example, employment and income could be at an all-time high. This means that the cash flow is high, people are making and spending money. However, if the cost of living starts to skyrocket due to a fold in the housing market, the emp loyment rate and income are less significant because they have to compensate for the inflation of the cost of living. This is why the study of macroeconomics is so important, it is very easy for the equilibrium of the market to fall out of alignment which can lead to a recession. While no one knows the true cause of schizophrenia, experts speculate that a combination of genetics and environmental causes are at play, the environmental factor being experiences from the womb and outside stimuli during childhood. One clue to the cause of schizophrenia is that the majority of antipsychotic medication that improves symptoms block the dopamine receptor D2 which reduces dopamine levels in neurons. This suggests that schizophrenia has something to do with increased levels of dopamine. These medications are not universally nor completely effective and donââ¬â¢t work for everyone with schizophrenia which adds to the confusion. This means that thereââ¬â¢s probably more to do than the D2 receptors. Interestingly one of the most effective drugs, Clozapine, is a weak D2 antagonist suggesting that other nerve transmitter systems like norepinephrine and serotonin and GABA are involved. Twins studies support for a genetic basis as well, even though there haven t been any specific gene conclusively linked to schizophrenia yet. Finally another important set of clues involving the epidemiology is that schizophrenia happens more to men than with women with onset in the mid twenties for men while late twenties for women. Also the clinical signs for schizophrenia are less severe for women. Desire Under the Elms Essay Example For Students
Desire Under the Elms Essay In Desire Under the Elms, by Eugene ONeill, many uses of both biblical and mythological allusions can be seen. These allusions help add depth to the plot of the play by linking the play to other similar, well-known stories. Three of the best allusions are seen in Cabots talk about how God is a strong god, his talk about God being in the stones, and his telling Eben that he is blind as a mole. Cabots talk about God being a strong god is important to the story. He tells about how hard he had to work to make the farm a good place to live. When yew kin make corn sprout out o stones, Gods livin in yew. This quote is an allusion to how if you work hard and believe in God you can do whatever you want. The quote is important to the story because it helps develop the character of Cabot and it tells the reader what kind of man Cabot is. It shows that he is strong, tough, and has a strong belief in God. Another important allusion can be seen when in the same part of the story as the previous one. Now, he is talking about how the farm is his and how he worked so hard to make it what it is. He then gives an allusion to the story of Peter building his church on the rock in the Bible. He says Gods hard, not easy! Gods in the stones! Build my church on a rock out o stones an Ill be in them! Thats what he meant t Peter. This quote refers to Peters story in the Bible. Peter first built his church on the sand but then the water came and washed it away so he then rebuilt it on the rock to keep the water from getting to it. Building it on the rock was a much harder job so the moral of the story is that you have to work hard for what you want. This story fits what Cabot is saying well because he is talking about how hard he had work to build his house. He had to remove all of the stones from the ground and then use them to build his house. The point of this quote is to show that Cabot is a har d worker. The last allusion is a mythological one instead of a biblical one. This allusion can be seen when Cabot is talking to Eben about getting married to have someone to share the farm with. The Eben mentions that Cabot never shared the farm with anyone, Cabot blames that on Ebens mothers parents saying that they were trying to steal the farm from him. He says Its ye thats blind blind as a mole underground. He is trying to tell Eben that he is wrong and that he did not understand the situation. This quote is an allusion to the plays of Oedipus and the character of Tiresias. Tiresias was a blind prophet who was very helpful to Oedipus. The allusion is somehow ironic because, in the stories of Oedipus, Oedipus always listened to what Tiresias told him because Tireias was very wise and Oedipus trusted him. The irony is that Tireias symbolizes Eben and Oedipus symbolizes Cabot but Cabot never listens to Eben or trusts what he has to say. This quote is important because it adds much needed dep th to the plot by linking it with ancient mythological stories that are widely known. Eugene ONeills usage of biblical and mythological allusion in Desire Under the Elms is very important to the play. The allusions add depth to the plot and also make the play more interesting. The two biblical allusions helped develop the characterof Cabot. They both showed that he was a hard worker and that he had a string belief in God. The mythological allusion helped add depth to the play by linking it with the story of Oedipus. The usage of allusions is a good writing technique that Eugene ONeill used well. .u05dc4c4411120098d774938975fdbc7a , .u05dc4c4411120098d774938975fdbc7a .postImageUrl , .u05dc4c4411120098d774938975fdbc7a .centered-text-area { min-height: 80px; position: relative; } .u05dc4c4411120098d774938975fdbc7a , .u05dc4c4411120098d774938975fdbc7a:hover , .u05dc4c4411120098d774938975fdbc7a:visited , .u05dc4c4411120098d774938975fdbc7a:active { border:0!important; } .u05dc4c4411120098d774938975fdbc7a .clearfix:after { content: ""; display: table; clear: both; } .u05dc4c4411120098d774938975fdbc7a { display: block; transition: background-color 250ms; webkit-transition: background-color 250ms; width: 100%; opacity: 1; transition: opacity 250ms; webkit-transition: opacity 250ms; background-color: #95A5A6; } .u05dc4c4411120098d774938975fdbc7a:active , .u05dc4c4411120098d774938975fdbc7a:hover { opacity: 1; transition: opacity 250ms; webkit-transition: opacity 250ms; background-color: #2C3E50; } .u05dc4c4411120098d774938975fdbc7a .centered-text-area { width: 100%; position: relative ; } .u05dc4c4411120098d774938975fdbc7a .ctaText { border-bottom: 0 solid #fff; color: #2980B9; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold; margin: 0; padding: 0; text-decoration: underline; } .u05dc4c4411120098d774938975fdbc7a .postTitle { color: #FFFFFF; font-size: 16px; font-weight: 600; margin: 0; padding: 0; width: 100%; } .u05dc4c4411120098d774938975fdbc7a .ctaButton { background-color: #7F8C8D!important; color: #2980B9; border: none; border-radius: 3px; box-shadow: none; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold; line-height: 26px; moz-border-radius: 3px; text-align: center; text-decoration: none; text-shadow: none; width: 80px; min-height: 80px; background: url(https://artscolumbia.org/wp-content/plugins/intelly-related-posts/assets/images/simple-arrow.png)no-repeat; position: absolute; right: 0; top: 0; } .u05dc4c4411120098d774938975fdbc7a:hover .ctaButton { background-color: #34495E!important; } .u05dc4c4411120098d774938975fdbc7a .centered-text { display: table; height: 80px; padding-left : 18px; top: 0; } .u05dc4c4411120098d774938975fdbc7a .u05dc4c4411120098d774938975fdbc7a-content { display: table-cell; margin: 0; padding: 0; padding-right: 108px; position: relative; vertical-align: middle; width: 100%; } .u05dc4c4411120098d774938975fdbc7a:after { content: ""; display: block; clear: both; } READ: Breast reconstruction EssayBibliography:just the book

Death Penalty Essays (1052 words) - Capital Punishment, Penology
Death Penalty This sound rings through each and every death row inmate a thousand times a day; But should it? Capital punishment is one of the most controversial topics among Americans today. Since every person has there own opinion on this topic, either for or against, the question always raised is "Is it morally right." The number of problems with the death penalty are enormous, ranging from innocence to racism, and these problems will never be resolved unless the death penalty is abolished. The problems with capital punishment stem as far back as the ritual itself. The number of occurrence on why the death penalty is racist is uncountable. A 1990 report released by the federal government's General Accounting Office found a "pattern of evidence indicating racial disparities in the charging, sentencing and imposition of the death penalty after the Furman decision." Professor David Baldus examined sentencing patterns in Georgia in the 1970's. After reviewing over 2,500 homicide cases in that state, controlling for 230 non-racial factors, he concluded that a person accused of killing a white was 4.3 times more likely to be sentenced to death than a person accused of killing a black. The Stanford Law Review published a study that found similar patterns of racial dispair, based on the race of the victim, in Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma and Virginia. For example, in Arkansas findings showed that defendants in a case involving a white victim are three-and-a-half times more likely to be sentenced to death; in Illinois, four times; in North Carolina, 4.4 times, and in Mississippi five times more likely to be sentenced to death than defendants convicted of murdering blacks. There is also the issue of Capital Punishment being a deterrent. But does the death penalty really deter crime? The death lobby wants you to believe the answer to that question is "yes." But, in fact, it is a resounding "NO." Consider this...the US is the only Western nation that still allows the death penalty, and we also have one of the highest crime rates. During the 1980s, death penalty states averaged an annual rate of 7.5 criminal homicides per 100,000, while abolition states averaged a rate of 7.4 per 100,000. That means murder was actually more common in states that use the death penalty. Also consider this...in a nationwide survey of police chiefs and sheriffs, capital punishment was ranked last as a way of reducing violent crime. Only twenty-six percent thought that the death penalty significantly reduces the number of homicides. The theory behind the deterrence doctrine is flawed itself. Murderers do not examine risk/reward charts before they kill someone. Being a criminal is inherently irrational...life imprisonment ought to deter a rational person itself. Besides, no criminal commits a crime if he believes he will be caught. The next issue that deserves some observation is that of Capital punishment being economically correct, meaning will it save the U.S. and its taxpayers money. "The death penalty is not now, nor has it ever been, a more economical alternative to life imprisonment," said Spangenberg and Walsh in an article in the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. A study by the NY State Defenders Association showed that the cost of a capital trial alone is more than double the cost of life imprisonment. In Maryland, a comparison of capital trial costs with and without the death penalty for the years 1979-1984 concluded that a death penalty case costs "approximately 42 percent more than a case resulting in a non-death sentence," according to the US Government Accounting Office. In 1988 and 1989 the Kansas legislature voted against reinstating the death penalty after it was informed that reintroduction would involve a first-year cost of more than $11 million. And the Miami Herald reported that Florida, with one of the nation's largest death rows, has estimated that the true cost of each execution is approximately $3.2 million, or approximately six times the cost of a life-imprisonment sentence. The last issue that should be observed is that of innocence. Are there really innocent people on death row? At least twenty-three people have been executed who did not commit the crime they were accused of. And that's only those that we know. And here lies an inherent danger of capital punishment...when we execute an innocent person; the real killer is still on the streets, ready to victimize someone else. But when an innocent person is arrested, he is often the driving reason behind further investigation, and if he is executed, than the case remains closed forever. Or, at least,

Classification Kingdom: AnimaliaPhylum: EchinodermataClass: Asteroidea Background Even though they are commonly called starfish, these animals are known more scientifically as sea stars. They do not have gills, fins, or even a skeleton. Sea stars have a tough, spiny covering and a soft underside. If you turn over a live sea star, youll likely see its hundreds of tube feet wiggling. There are over 2,000 species of sea stars, and they come in all sizes, shapes, and colors. Their most noticeable characteristic is their arms. Many sea star species have five arms, but some, like the sun star, can have up to 40. Distribution Sea stars live in all the worlds oceans. They can be found in tropical to polar habitats, and from deep to shallow water. Visit a local tide pool, and you may be lucky enough to find a sea star! Reproduction Sea stars may reproduce sexually or asexually. There are male and female sea stars, but they are indistinguishable from one another. They reproduce by releasing sperm or eggs into the water, which, once fertilized, become free-swimming larvae that later settle to the ocean bottom. Sea stars reproduce asexually by regeneration. A sea star can regenerate an armà and nearly its entire body if at least a portion of the sea stars central disc remains. Sea Star Vascular System Sea stars move using their tube feet and have an advanced water vascular system that they use to fill up their feet with sea water. They do not have blood but instead take in seawater through the sieve plate, or madreporite, located on top of the sea star, and use that to fill up their feet. They can retract their feet using muscles or use them as suction to hold onto a substrate or its prey. Sea Star Feeding Sea stars feed on bivalves like clams and mussels, and other animals such as small fish, barnacles, oysters, snails, and limpets. They feed by grasping their prey with their arms and extruding their stomach through their mouth and outside their body, where they digest the prey. They then slide their stomach back into their body.

The Importance of A Project Management Office Essay Example for Free
The Importance of A Project Management Office Essay Project management can be a tedious job especially if the personnel or department in charge is already loaded with tons of work. It may be hard to cope up with the schedule, time pressure, workload, and other factors. In line with this, the task of handling such tasks must be assigned to a specialized department known as Project Management Office. What is a Project Management Office? A Project Management Office is a unit or department functioning within a business, company, or agency that is charged with defining and maintaining project management standards within the company. The main objective of this office is to achieve beneficial gains from setting uniform policies, processes, and methods in managing projects(Search CIO. com, n. d). The Project Management Office will provide direction, metrics connected with practices concerning project management and implementation. The principles, methods, and practices of managing a project are based from Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) or Project in Controlled Environment (PRINCE2). These models complies with the specifications related to ISO9000 as well as in government regulation specifications(Search CIO. om, n. d). Essentially, the job of the Project Management Office is to perform related to a certain project and to work for the completion of the project. The PMO may from time to time update management regarding the status and problems of the project so that they can come up with decisions which are congruent to the goals and objectives of the firm(Search CIO. com, n. d). The Kinds of Project Management Office There are three varieties of project management offices that are suitable for organizations in various phases of developing a project. Each of them have their own pros and cons. Here is a brief explanation of the different kinds of project management offices(Billows, 2006). The Weather Station With this kind of PMO, the person-in-charge of the project is aware of what is going on with the project but does not make any action to influence it. The project officer just disseminates information without bothering the flow of work(Billows, 2006). This kind of office is most suitable in organizations that have just started in project management. The job of this kind of office is usually limited because the various line managers usually experience difficulties in incorporating various projects into their management duties(Billows, 2006). The Control Tower In contrast to the first variety, this kind of PMO provides the guidance that the project managers might need. Although they are still doing their tasks, the project managers are being instructed by the project officer. They are liable for any glitch that will happen to the project(Billows, 2006). The Squadron Commander Just like in the Control Tower, the Squadron Commander provides guidance to the project managers. However, the SC closely supervises all the people handling the project. There might be instances of successes and shortcomings but the Squadron Commander is held resposible for the general performance of the department(Billows, 2006). The disadvantage of this kind of office is that the personnel who have the technical know how as well as the most credible managers are doing multiple tasks aside from their main job. Aside from that, the job of allocating resources and prioritizing projects can go out of hand. Another problem that Squadron Commanders is that management may be hesitant in injecting company-wide standards related to project tracking and approval(Billows, 2006). History of Project Management Office The concept of modern project management can be traced to only a few decades back. During the 1960s, businesses and other firms discovered the advantages of organizing project tasks. Most companies developed an understanding on how crucial it is for their staff to establish communication and collaboration while incorporating their jobs with several departments and professions, and in certain instances, with several industries(Microsoft Office Online, n. d). The Early Years During the later years of the 19th century, at a time when businesses were becoming complicated, the corporate world began to see the evolution of project handling from simple management principles. Wide-scale government initiatives became the foundation for project management processes and principles. During the time that the United States was constructing the transcontinental railroad during the 1860s, business leaders were faced with the tough task of coordinating with workers who will engage in manual labor as well as in producing and processing of a large number of raw materials(Microsoft Office Online, n. d). Into The Twentieth Century Frederick Taylor started to made further studies of work. Using scientific reasoning, he proved that labor can be evaluated and enhanced by concentrating on its basic elements. Taylor applied this view in various jobs found in steel mills, such as shoveling and lifting and transporting parts. At that time, the only method of increasing productivity is through hard work and extended working hours. Taylor believed that productivity can be improved through efficient work instead of exerting more effort and work extension(Microsoft Office Online, n. d). Henry Gantt, an associate of Taylor, extensively studied the sequence of operations in work. His research delved on navy ship manufacturing during World War I. He developed the Gantt Charts, which comes with task bars and milestone markers, as a tool for outlining the order and extent of all tasks in a prcess. These illustrations proved to be a powerful aid for managers that there were no modifications for almost a century. In the early part of the 1990s, Microsoft Corporation introduced MS Project which included connector lines to the tasks bars, showing a more accurate relationship between the differen tasks. Over the years, Microsoft Office became an even more powerful tool(Microsoft Office Online, n. ). His contribution merited Gantt with a patent from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. In the years leading to the Second World War, new approaches to marketing, human relations, and industrial psychology, became vital components of project management(Microsoft Office Online, n. d). Middle 20th Century The Second World War necessitated the need for new organizational patterns. Complicated network illustrations, like PERT charts and critical path method were developed, providing managers with greater control over complicated projects. As the demand for new management techniqes increased, these tools extended to various industries. General system theories were applied by businesses in their business dealings during the early part of the 1960s(Microsoft Office Online, n. d). New Trends In Project Management In the last decade, project management continued to develop. At present, there are two trends evolving namely bottom-up planning and top-down planning and reviewing(Microsoft Office Online, n. d). Bottom-up planning, also called agile project management, involves basic project designs, shorter project chain, efficient cooperation between members of the team, solid involvement of team members in the decision process. Common methos used in this trend are Scrum, Unified Process, Extreme Programming, Crystal, to name just a few(Microsoft Office Online, n. d). In top-down planning and reviewing, the entire organization is involved in making decisions concerning the various projects of the organization(Microsoft Office Online, n. d).

My Time of the Year Essay
People have their favorite season whether it is winter, spring, summer, or autumn. Out of those four seasons my favorite season is summer. Even though the temperatures can be outrageously ridiculous hot, I still enjoy the hot sun. Going to the beach is one of my favorite thing to do during the summer. After looking for parking at Huntington Beach for about an hour, I try to find the perfect spot through the crowded beach to lay my towel down. ââ¬Å"I found the spot. â⬠The tan-gray sand is somewhat dry but also a little damp. I throw my blue-green towel on the sand. I bend down to sit on the towel, but before I lay down I put sun-tanning spray all over my body so I can sunbathe. As soon as I finish putting on the sun-tanning spray, I lie down and put on my sunglasses. But now I think to myself ââ¬Å"Should I put on my earphones? Or should I listen to the crashing waves, the seagulls squawking and the people complaining that there is sand on their sandwiches. I think that I will listen to my iPod instead. Now that I have decided to listen to my iPod, I put the headphones in my ear and choose the music I want to listen to. I am in the mood to listen to Kutless, a Christian rock band. While I lay on the beach, I can feel the Vitamin E being soaked into my skin. I feel my body getting hotter than usual, similar to a turkey getting out of the oven on Thanksgiving Day. The heat is telling my body that one side is being done of tanning. Once my front side is done tanning I turn to my backside and I do the same thing I did with my front side. When I feel my backside is getting hot as well, I am done sunbathing. Before I leave the beach I dust off my towel, roll it up and pick up anything that got thrown on the sand. I pack up my suntan spray, my towel, my iPod, and my sunglasses. I try to remember where I parked. Once I found my car I put my things in the back seat, get in the driverââ¬â¢s side, put my seatbelt on, turn on the car, turn the radio up, and drive home. Summer may not be a lot of peopleââ¬â¢s favorite time of the year, but I know that it is my time of the year.

Enough Immigration Why should the United Stateââ¬â¢s allow any more immigrants to come in? There are enough people here as is; we donââ¬â¢t need the waste of other countries coming into ours to take up our space and use up all of our resources. The borders of the United States are too open, the U.S. should enforce a lot more security and responsibility in order to help keep the borders closed. The numbers of immigrants is too high. A Glucose Tolerance Test ( Gtt ) - 1675 Words
Introduction A glucose tolerance test (GTT) is a test that is used by clinical physicians to measure the body s efficiency at metabolizing sugar (Aydan et al., 2010). When the body metabolizes sugar, it essentially breaks it down to use for energy. If the body does not metabolize sugar as well as it should, diabetes may be the resulting to this (Aydan et al., 2010). The GTT can be used to detect type 2-diabetes, which is the most frequently diagnosed type of diabetes. It is also used to diagnose gestational diabetes, which is a type of diabetes that may develop during pregnancy (Metzger et al., 2010). The clinical medical scientists or physicians perform a glucose tolerance test to check for problems with the way a person s body handles glucose, which is blood sugar, after the person has consumed a meal (Aydan et al., 2010). In preparation for the test, patients are typically asked to avoid eating and drinking anything for about eight hours prior to the test, although they should consume their no rmal diet up until the beginning of the eight-hour fasting period (Aydan et al., 2010). Frequently, GTTs are scheduled for first thing in the morning; allowing patients to fast overnight while they are sleeping (Aydan et al., 2010). Clinical physicians perform the glucose tolerance test in several steps (Morikawa et al., 2010). As the first step, patient s blood is taken (Metzger et al., 2010). Jfk Was His Assassination Inevitable (2451 words) Essay Example For Students
Jfk: Was His Assassination Inevitable? (2451 words) Essay Jfk: Was His Assassination Inevitable?A popular misconception is that President John F. Kennedys assassination was an isolated event perpetrated by one man. This could not be farther from the truth. Instead, it was the result of a complex combination of domestic and foreign events. When President Kennedy was in office, he had to deal with many issues, ranging from business and finance to crime-fighting and war issues. Perhaps it is not as important to decide who it was that killed him, but why. President Kennedys decisions and courses of action were not popular with everybody, and thus it is not surprising that his assassination was inevitable. The people who might have wanted John F. Kennedy dead can be classified into the following groups: Russians, Cubans, Mobsters (Organized Crime/Mafia), Special Agents (CIA), G-men (J. Edgar Hoovers FBI), Rednecks and Oilmen (Right-wing Extremists), and the MIC (Military Industrial Complex). Each group had its own motives for killing John F. Ken nedy. Many of these groups that wanted JFK dead are very closely intertwined, so in order to understand each group, they will each be analyzed seperately. In order to better understand the relationship between JFK, the Cubans and Russians, several important events must be mentioned and discussed. Two of the most important foreign affairs in Kennedys presidency were the Bay of Pigs and the Cuban Missile Crisis. During Eisenhowers administration, Cuba was torn apart by revolution. The Cuban dictator, Batista, was an extremely corrupt man. While he was enjoying a luxurious life, the people of Cuba were in poverty. Thus it was not surprising when a rebellion, led by a man named Fidel Castro, took place. Batista, knowing that the majority of Cuba wanted him out, chose to flea rather than be caught and face execution. Once Batista was out of the way, Cuba was Castros for the taking. One of the first actions Castro took while in charge of Cuba was to close down all casinos. The people running them were either imprisoned or deported. Exploitation of Cuban workers by American was unacceptable to Castro, and he took immediate action against this. He believed American capitalists were taking advantage of the Cubans. Angered by this aggressive attitude toward American interests, the United States government established a trade embargo, hoping the Cuban people would overthrow Castro and reinstate a more American friendly leader. With a starving population on one side, and a broken economy on the other, Castro turned to Russia for help. Since Russia did not own any land or power in the US/Cuban region, Castro offered the Russians a chance to extend their sphere of influence. An opportunity which was not refused. Of course, the American government did not accept this situation readily. A plan to train and arm Cuban exiles who would return to Cuba to overthrow Castro was contrived. This secret operation was viewed as far less dangerous than a direct invasion by American troops. As the election of 1960 approached, the CIA had already made plans to overthrow Castro with the Cuban exiles. However, to the surprise of just about everyone, a young John F. Kennedy defeated favorite Richard Nixon by the slimmest of margins. Nonetheless, the invasion had to go on. The plan was to bomb Cubas airfields to prevent the Cuban military from killing the invading exiles. However, two things went wrong in the invasion. First, the CIA underestimated the Cuban army, and second, the airstrips were not all taken out, allowing the Cuban airforce to retaliate. Upon hearing news of this, the CIA told Kennedy that in order to succeed the US must provide air coverage for the exiles. Kennedy refused however, believing it would be foolish to provoke a crisis with the Soviets just in order to aid the exiles. Due to this, the exiles were given no chance and were quickly demolished, and the invasion had failed. Now that Castro knew the United States intentions, he knew he was in immediate danger. Once again, he turned to Russia for aid. Castro realized the only way to assert his safety was to defend himself, and what he did was a very strategic move. He asked Russia to send nuclear missiles to Cuba, saying to the US that any more attempted invasions of Cuba would exact their price. For years now, the US was sending nuclear missiles to friendly countries around Russia in order to halt any Russian expansionism, and the Russians were more than eager to return the favor. This led to what is now known as the Cuban Missile Crisis. On October 16, 1962 Kennedy called his closest advisors to the White House. The CIA had verified that nuclear missiles were indeed present in Cuba, Kennedy had to react fast. He eventually decided to launch a naval blockade to prevent any further missiles from entering Cuba. Though threatened by Russian Prime-Minister Nikita Khruschev Kennedy would not let this disturb him, and he did not stop the naval blockade. The Russian ships eventually returned home, with nuclear war being narrowly averted. Geology 10 EssayMany researchers believe this was the final straw for the MIC, if he were to now withdraw from Vietnam, their profits would be damaged substantially. It is important to note the actual amount of money the MIC had to gain if troops did stay in Vietnam. Estimated figures ranged in billions, even trillions of dollars. To have Kennedy re-elected in the election of 1964 would be disastrous the MIC. Would it sound ludicrous at all if the MIC killed Kennedy if the gain was over a trillion dollars, and the possible loss equal to that?Another government-related group that may have wanted JFK dead was the Federal Bureau of Investigations, led by J. Edgar Hoover. The FBI was a group so powerful, it put the Secret Service to shame. If by some misfortune Kennedy were to die, the president would become Lyndon B. Johnson, one of Hoovers best friends. If indeed he did die, the combined power of the president and the Director of the FBI would have been more than enough to fabricate an investigation into Kennedys assassination. While there is no definitive proof that the FBI conspired to kill Kennedy, it would have been real easy for them to get away with it if they did commit the crime. This, coupled with Hoovers and Johnsons well-known hate for the Kennedys, causes most researchers today to consider the FBI as prime suspects. As if President Kennedy didnt have enough foreign enemies, or enemies from his own government, he also had many domestic enemies. Two of the biggest were the big businessmen and the rednecks. Both of these groups were intimidated by the Kennedy administration. Kennedy tried to find a middle road between black and white radicals. His human-rights activities earned him the hatred of all racists. And as for big business, he angered them by obliging steel manufacturers to reverse price increases, as well as introducing a tax-reform legislation that would end unfair tax practices and would abolish the profitable oil reduction allowance. International bankers were quite angered when, in the summer of 1963 Kennedy, had the Treasury Department print an excess of $4 billion in United States Notes, thus bypassing the powerful Federal Reserve System. It may be noteworthy that Lyndon B. Johnson was a strong ally of Texas oilmen who despised Kennedy, and that it was rumored that Kennedy was about to drop Johnson from the 1964 election ticket. Could big businessmen along with Lyndon B. Johnson and friend J. Edgar Hoover, who also might have wanted Kennedy dead, plotted to kill Kennedy? The last major group that would have wanted JFK out of the way was the notorious Mafia. Since its origin, it has had a heinous reputation in the United States. John F. Kennedys brother, Robert, was working as Attorney General to prosecute the Mafia, thus earning him and his brother a unpleasant reputation with them. Many crime bosses in the United States threatened the Kennedys at one point or another. The Mafia and US intelligence, as discovered by the Kennedys, had a few connections dating back all the way to World War II. While the Federal Bureau of Investigations didnt really hunt down the Mafia, the CIA actually collaborated with the Mafia on more than one occasion. Certain sources even claim that there were contacts between JFK and Sam Giancana, a Mafia boss, during Kennedys campaign for the presidency in 1960, which led to Kennedy to winning the presidency (though the veracity of these sources leaves something to be desired). However if this is true, the Mafia would definitely consider JFK and his brother going after them as a double-cross, and this would have been a more than strong enough motive for the them to kill Kennedy. It is important to note that the Mafia felt that no person was above them, that nobody is immune from their power. If the Mafia wanted Kennedy dead, and had a motiv e, is it that unlikely that they did it?The events that would have happened if Kennedy was not to be assassinated were extremely vital. Kennedy was going to remove a thousand soldiers from Vietnam by 1963, and was committed to withdraw all troops by 1965, when Lyndon B. Johnson took office, neither happened. He was going to smash the CIA into a thousand pieces, and replace J. Edgar Hoover as Director of the FBI, this didnt happen. He may have been going to drop Lyndon B. Johnson from the presidential ticket in 1964. Had he not been assassinated Johnson would have never become president. When Johnson took over, he signed NSAM 273, considered to be the opening of the Vietnam war. The commitment meant the MIC would continue to make money, and lots of it. Government

Introduction The end of the XX century and the beginning of the XXI one were truly a breakthrough. The rights of a number of people previously considered social outcasts were finally acknowledged, and the U.S. seemed to have proven its right to be called the land of democracy once again.Advertising We will write a custom research paper sample on Same-Sex Marriage in the United States of America specifically for you for only $16.05 $11/page Learn More However, over the past few years, the issue regarding same-sex marriage has appeared several times. Gaining their indefeasible rights and freedoms, gay people want to live their normal lives and create families. However, in most cases, the law turns into a stumbling block for gay marriages. A Brief history of the LGBT community in the USA Given the controversy of the subject, it is easy to understand why allowing homosexuals to marry has raised so many discussions and protests. Even in the USA, the place con sidered the epitome of democracy, marriages between homosexual people have been allowed only in thirteen states so far ââ¬â according to the 2013 records. Only New York, Rhode Island, California, Iowa, Minnesota, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Delaware, Connecticut, Washington, Vermont, Maine and Maryland legally support marriage between gays and lesbians. Despite the fact that the movement supporting the rights of gay people started in the distant 1970s, six states still disapprove of gay marriage and keep it officially banned (). Current issues and the attitudes towards same-sex marriage As it has been stated above, only thirteen states of America approve of same-ex marriage legally. However, there is often a big gap between what has been approved of officially and what people think is right. Therefore, it will be a good idea to take a closer look at the attitudes towards the idea of legalizing same-sex marriage as an average American citizen sees it. Of course, the statistical data as an ultimate proof for either banning or allowing gay marriage provided above should be taken with a grain of salt, since this information incorporates peopleââ¬â¢s personal vision of the situation and, therefore, contains the furthest extremes. However, this statistical data still shows whether the nation is ready for such a great change as the approval of gay marriages. At present, it seems that people have adopted a more tolerant attitude towards the idea of gay people marrying. Moreover, the very concept of gay culture seems to be accepted more widely. Of course, it would be wrong to deny that narrow-minded people exist; however, more and more people have started to realize that sexual orientation is only another dimension to oneââ¬â¢s personality and that there is nothing wrong about being homosexual.Advertising Looking for research paper on social sciences? Get your first paper with 15% OFF Learn More Reasons for the to pic choice and the personal relation The choice of the given topic was predetermined by a number of reasons, yet the personal ones seem to be major for me. There is no secret that the process of realizing oneââ¬â¢s own sexuality is very complex and requires considerable time. In my high school years, I was only exploring my own self and, therefore, my own sexuality, which was, probably, why I decided that I was a lesbian. I would not say that I was shunned somehow or looked down at; however, the people around me were constantly trying to prove me that I was too young and too inexperienced to decide on my own sexual orientation, which was strange enough. Therefore, I feel that I have a strong connection to the given topic and, therefore, must research it. The significance of the issue As it has been stated above, increasingly more people are starting to consider homosexual marriages as the phenomenon that has the right to exist. Therefore, the question about the topicality and the significance of the issue might be raised. Seeing how the gay culture is starting to be accepted snot only statewide, but also nationwide, one might think that there are no more issues to be concerned about. The aforementioned attitude, however, is wrong. Gay marriages are still banned in most of the United States, and, therefore, the rights of homosexual people remain infringed (Williams, 2011). Moreover, a number of people still fear and, thus, tend to ostracize homosexual people, protesting against giving them the same rights as the rest of the U.S. people have, not to mention the right to marry and bring up children. It can be assumed that with the statewide adoption of the law that will allow gay people to marry, a number of things are going to be changed, starting from the attitude towards gay people. At present, the latter are alienated from the rest of the population. Though, partially, the gay people have also something to do with the given situation, being unwilling to ta lk about their orientation or to insist on equal rights, it still must be admitted that it is mostly the ignorance of an average U.S. citizen to blame for the current state of affairs. To accept the gay culture, people have to see that their families are not that different from the ones of the homosexual people. However, the law banning marriage between people of the same sex stands in the way of gay people finally getting their rights.Advertising We will write a custom research paper sample on Same-Sex Marriage in the United States of America specifically for you for only $16.05 $11/page Learn More Major concepts and sociological factors When tackling the issue of homosexual marriage, one must mention that it has to deal with a number of related concepts. To start with, the fact that same-sex marriages are prohibited in most states of the USA raises the question concerning tolerance. While the nation seems well past the aggressive outbursts against hom osexual people, ripping the latter of their right to have a family can be considered an infringement of peopleââ¬â¢s indisputable rights. The legal aspect also needs a proper mentioning when talking about gay marriage. While gay marriage can and, quite honestly, must be seen as an indisputable right of homosexual people, it is still necessary to admit that legally, the procedure in question cannot be considered marriage. Since by definition, marriage is a bond between a man and a woman, technically, the procedure of two same-sex people becoming legally bond cannot be called marriage until the definition of the latter is changed. Therefore, the problem of definition comes along with the social and political issues (Baskerville, 2006). Speaking of the political aspect of gay marriage, the phenomenon of family must be considered closer. It is necessary to admit that social approval of the institution of family comes not only from the desire to make peopleââ¬â¢s lives complete and decent, but from the fact that family as a social institution allows for a better control over the population, stronger social structure and an efficient social hierarchy (Ryan, 2009). As an institution, a family serves as a perfect way to help people get their priorities straight. Therefore, once shaken, this institution will no longer be as efficient as it is now, which must be the prospect that scares authorities the most. With that being said, it must be admitted that the loss of control over most social processes is the key problem that prevents state authorities approve of gay marriage. Making such a controversial issue as marriage between homosexual people legitimate, the state authorities are most likely to lose the trust of a considerable number of people, which must be why gay marriage still remains banned in thirty-seven states.à Eventually, the concept of religion must be brought up, since it raises the greatest controversy and contributes to fueling the conflict. Sum mary, Conclusion and Recommendations With that being said, it must be admitted that gay people are yet to fight for their rights. While legally, allowing marriage between homosexuals follows the principles of democracy, religious and social aspects together with the lack of tolerance and the unwillingness to accept homosexuality as a norm will not let same-sex marriages become a reality.Advertising Looking for research paper on social sciences? Let's see if we can help you! Get your first paper with 15% OFF Learn More The given state of affairs is, doubtlessly, deplorable; as the citizens of the USA, American homosexual people have the right to have their own families. Nevertheless, the government of most of the U.S. states tends to avoid solving the use. The hesitation or, in some cases, outright denial of the state authorities to authorize same-sex marriages is quite understandable, though. Once allowing for a bill as controversial as same-sex marriage to be passed, local authorities are more than likely to lose the support of a number of citizens, not to mention the church. In addition, the reconsideration of the definition of marriage will lead to shaking the basic principles of society, which is far too dangerous to undertake. Anyway, a reasonable compromise must be found, since the current banning of homosexual marriage can be viewed as the infringement of peopleââ¬â¢s rights and freedom of choice. This is because it forms the basis of organization in any given society. ââ¬Å"Marriage refers to an institution in which interpersonal relationships, usually intimate and sexual, are acknowledged in a variety of ways, depending on the culture or subculture in which it is foundâ⬠(Dziengel, 2010).Advertising We will write a custom critical writing sample on Same-Sex Marriage specifically for you for only $16.05 $11/page Learn More Marriage is treated quite differently depending on the norms and values that exist in a given society. The current society is experiencing many social changes, which have influenced the nature of relationships among human beings. Marriage has also been affected by these social changes. Same Sex Unions Marriage is today very dynamic and people treat it differently from what it used to be in the past. Same sex unions are becoming popular in many countries and they are quite prevalent in European countries as compared to other places. Same sex marriage is commonly known as gay marriage. ââ¬Å"It refers to a legally or socially recognized marriage between two persons of the same biological sex or social genderâ⬠(Goldberg, 2010). History of Same Sex Unions ââ¬Å"Various types of same sex marriages have existed, ranging from informal, unsanctioned relationships to highly ritualized unionsâ⬠(Haider Joslyn, 2008). The early practice of this type of marriage was witnessed when Emperor Nero married a man who was serving as a servant in his Roman Empire. Apart from Rome, this practice occurred in China during the Ming Dynasty and also in Spain. This type of marriage had very bad reputation and it was strongly rejected by many individuals and countries. ââ¬Å"This attitude has been changing in the past few decadesâ⬠(Haider Joslyn, 2008). The twenty first century has witnessed a drastic change in the way people perceive this type of relationship. Netherlands in the year 2001 emerged to be the first country to allow gay relationships. In 2003 the government of Belgium accepted this type of union. In 2005 both Canada and Spain formally accepted gay marriages. In 2006 the people of South African were allowed to practice gay marriages. Sweden allowed it in 2009. Last year, Argentina, Iceland and Portugal also accepted this kind of relationship. In Mexico it is legalized but with some restrictions in the sense that it can only be practiced within the city of Mexico. However, all Mexican states acknowledge it.Advertising Looking for critical writing on gender studies? Let's see if we can help you! Apart form South Africa, other African countrie s still remain conservative and they are not willing to accept this relationship. ââ¬Å"In the United States, although same sex marriages are not recognized federally, same sex couples can marry in five states and one districtâ⬠(Smith, 2010). Debate on Gay Marriage Opposing Arguments The subject of gay marriage has been seriously debated in many places. This issue has been discussed both in religious and political circles. The following arguments have been used to reject gay marriage. The general question is that why should people practice this kind of relationship? This is what the majority of people opposed to it seem to be asking whenever this issue is raised in any discussion. This people contend that legal relationships are only those between men and women. Hence they do not see the sense of people engaging in any other type of intimate relationship (Ronner, 2005). Marriage is often seen as a religious rite and in this case people look at it from the religious perspectiv e. They therefore believe that if gay marriage is legitimized it would undermine the religious principles. This is because religion has always been used to sanctify marriages (Farrior, 2009). The dignity of the church has been affected because of the different attitudes adopted by religious leaders on this matter. Some churches are likely to get split because they cannot come to an agreement on how to handle this issue. This has adversely affected their capacity to spread the gospel. Some members of the church have even lost their faith and trust in religion because they do not agree with the church leaders who support this kind of relationship. For example, the Anglican Church members and their leaders have been arguing about gay marriages. Since some of them support it, they have now formed a separate church. The Catholic Church has also had the same problem. Some Catholic monks have also been accused of child molestation and this has really affected their reputation. Marriage is naturally understood as an institution for raising children. Same sex marriages do not give children an opportunity to have a good development. ââ¬Å"In this case some individuals strongly feel that same sex partners can not provide the moral and psychological support required for raising childrenâ⬠(Goldberg, 2010). This is because such children would find it quite unusual when they realize that their parents have the same sex. This can really affect them psychologically (Goldberg, 2010).Advertising We will write a custom critical writing sample on Same-Sex Marriage specifically for you for only $16.05 $11/page Learn More Gay marriages are understood as unnatural unions. ââ¬Å"This premise influences other arguments and lies behind many negative opinions about homosexuality in generalâ⬠(Acevado Wada, 2011). Since gay relationships are not normal, they should be reduced to social unions instead of being authenticated by the national leader s in a given country. This is because if such abnormal behaviors are allowed, they are likely to become very prevalent in our society in the near future. This may cause very many social problems. Marriage is also an important cultural symbol. ââ¬Å"Apart from marriage being an institution, it is also a symbol representing our cultureââ¬â¢s ideals about sex, sexuality, and human relationshipsâ⬠(Haider Joslyn, 2008). Symbols are very important because it is through them that we develop a sense of belonging to a given society or race. ââ¬Å"Thus when the traditional nature of marriage is challenged in any way, so are peopleââ¬â¢s basic identitiesâ⬠(Haider Joslyn, 2008). It would also be difficult and expensive to integrate this people into the society. This is because people have to be taught to accept them. ââ¬Å"Teaching people to become tolerant to gay individuals would be expensiveâ⬠(Smith, 2010). Supporting Arguments Even though gay marriage is not sup ported by some people, I disagree with them because of the following arguments. Marriage enables people to have access to social and economic needs. ââ¬Å"Studies repeatedly demonstrate that people who marry tend to be better off financially, emotionally, psychologically, and even medicallyâ⬠(Ronner, 2005). Therefore if gay couples are guaranteed the right to marry they will probably have the chance to benefit from being married. This will also be helpful to the gay communities at large. For example the gay couples would remain committed in helping each other because of the marriage vows. It would also be wrong for gay relationships to be treated as civil unions. This is because if the gay individuals can get married, they stand a better chance of enjoying several opportunities. This can not be the case if they are in civil unions. ââ¬Å"Equality before the law means that creating civil unions for gays will lead to civil unions for every one else and this type of marriage wi ll be more of a threat than gay unions could possibly beâ⬠(Farrior, 2009). The stability of our society can be enhanced if gay individuals can be given a chance to marry. Even the people who oppose this relationship believe that the family is the basis of our society. Therefore, if more families are formed through gay marriages, we can have a great society. The family also dictates the general trend in the society. Marriage would also facilitate the integration of gay people into their communities. Accepting gay relationships will therefore enhance the strength of our communities.Advertising Looking for critical writing on gender studies? Let's see if we can help you! Get your first paper with 15% OFF Learn More Many children are leading poor lifestyles and they cannot even access the common basic needs. Destitute children can have a chance to lead a good life if they can be adopted by married gay individuals. This is because they can provide emotional and financial support to such children. This can only be possible if they can be allowed to get married and adopt children. Many people and groups are increasingly becoming conscious, and more concerned about the human rights. ââ¬Å"Another argument that favors same sex marriages is that denying same sex couples legal access to marriage and all of its attendant benefits represents discrimination based on sexual orientationâ⬠(Dziengel, 2010). Many people and institutions promoting human rights concur with this assertion. People in same sex unions do not access the rights given to the married people. Gay couples have faced myriad challenges. Most of them have experienced psychological problems associated with verbal and physical abuse. F or example, some of them have been attacked and brutally killed. This is because many people are not wiling to be associated with them hence they always intimidate them. One way of eliminating this stigmatization is by simply making it legal for them to get married. It has also been noted with a lot of concern that HIV/AIDS is spreading among the gay people because they operate illegally. Marriage would make this people more faithful to their partners. This can reduce the chances of them contracting HIV/AIDS because they will be more responsible. Conclusion From the above argument it is very clear that many countries and individuals are increasingly accepting the fact that gay relationships are equally good. It is therefore important for people to stop being conservative only when it comes to marriage, yet they accept other serious changes that take place in their society. For example, if abortion can be legalized, why no not gay marriages? ââ¬Å"Legalizing gay marriages will proba bly make the social economic and political institutions in our societies more effectiveâ⬠(Smith, 2010). This is because people will have similar goals, and they will not have differences based on sexual orientation. I am therefore optimistic that in the near future many people will support same sex relationships. References Acevado, G., Wada, R. (2011).
